Macquarie Gr Home Extension

ASP Builders was tasked with creating more interior space to host multiple guests comfortably and a larger outdoor living area to enjoy the view and morning sea breeze.

Working closely with engineers and drafters, the rear of the home was extended to accommodate an all-new guest suite and larger main bathroom. A covered deck was added in the new space to make full use of the ocean views and breeze. Stairs and a new support framework was added underneath to support the additions and connect the outdoor living space to the yard.

This extension was completed in 4 months, and we are extremely proud of the quality of the final product and the impact our work has on our clients.
