Unveiling our Ironwood Close Project: Redefining your home with a seamless extension

We transformed this family home by creating additional living spaces and functionality. Our team built two new floors, extending to the left of the existing home. Featuring a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs with a garage and workshop below, the new extensions allow the family to grow while staying where they love/ 

Working closely with Outline Design and Drafting's architect and draftsmen, we ensured that the new extension perfectly matched the existing house's design, creating a seamless flow. Our project began in September 2022 and was completed in February 2023.

The project presented significant challenges, including building over a mine seam and constructing 2.2m deep blind footings. However, our team rose to the occasion and delivered a stunning and functional extension that the family can enjoy for years.
